SMELL: scents of red fruits emerge, such as wild strawberries and currants, enriched with spicy and mineral notes
TASTE: balanced and pleasantly fresh, with soft tannins and a long persistence
IDEAL WITH: white and red meats, poultry, medium-aged cheeses and typical dishes of Sicilian cuisine
