TYPE OF WINE: White

WINEMAKING: Careful selection of grapes, very soft pressing using only flowering must. Cooling to 10-12°C with natural decanting. Fermentation at 16-18°C for approximately 20 days. Temperature controlled storage with short stop on fine lees.

AGING: Aging for 1/3 months in bottle.

AROMAS: Thin, intense and delicate, with good primary and secondary aroma.

IDEAL WITH: Seafood appetizers, shellfish fregola, fish soups, artichoke sea bass, soft cheeses and medium maturation.

ORIGIN: Sardinia
