GRAPE VARIETY: Merlot, Refosco
WINEMAKING AND AGING: The grapes are selected and destemmed and pressed. At the end of the maceration, the pressing is carried out. After a short stop the wine is placed in stainless tanks.
Then the various batches of wines are placed separately in oak barriques where they begin the aging phase for 18 months. The wines are then assembled and bottled.
TASTE: In the mouth the tannins appear sweet and balanced, in perfect harmony with the acidic and alcoholic parts. Its ending is excellent, intense, long and persistent.
IDEAL WITH: grilled meat and medium-aged cheeses, it expresses itself equally well with fish soups and spicy, structured preparations.
