Grapes: 70% Corvina 20% Swallow 10% Corvinone
Color: Intense and bright ruby red
Aromas: presents notes of fresh red fruit, cherry and morello cherry integrated with hints of wild herbs.
In the mouth it is balanced and dynamic in terms of freshness and flavor, enveloping with a very persistent finish.
The harvest takes place in early October. 20% of the grapes are carefully placed in boxes for a short drying and then added to the remaining ones during winemaking. This is followed by crushing, destemming and fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel for approximately 20 days. Subsequent refinement in steel followed by bottling. Further rest in the bottle.
