TYPE OF WINE: White
WINEMAKING: Manual harvesting takes place in the last ten days of September. The grapes are destemmed and pressed softly; the resulting must is then clarified by decanting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel, is bottled and rests for a few months in the cellar.
AROMAS: fresh and complex with pleasant notes of ripe fruit that alternate with hints of aromatic herbs to close with puffs of hay and mineral notes.
TASTE: Savoury and fresh on the palate with a perfect match between the aromas and the flavour.
IDEAL WITH: Perfect with fish and white meats, it also pairs well with medium aged cheeses
