CABERNET SAUVIGNON ANTONIUS SANTOMAS

Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

The selected grapes are transferred to wooden winemakers for fermentation for a period of 2-3 weeks. After pressing, the wine matures for a couple of months on dead yeasts. Subsequently, the wine is aged in new French oak barriques for a period of 24 months.

Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections

Smell: ripe aromas reminiscent of pepper, coffee, chocolate, with a hint of jam and leather.

Taste: dry wine with a full flavour. Ripe, rich, juicy, with round tannins. Complex and robust wine.
