It is an innovation in the sector, being the first Sarba obtained by the fermentation and maturation method SUR LIE (on deposits of fine yeasts) in new French oak barriques for 8 months. 

Delight with intense aromas of rose petals, red peach and exotic fruits such as mango and papaya. 

Thanks to Sur-Lie fermentation and maturation in new French oak barriques, the fine notes of sweet spices, almonds and toast offer both olfactory and gustatory complexity. 

Full-bodied, intense with a crunchy acidity and a persistent and unctuous aftertaste.
