VINIFICATION: Fermentations take place in temperature-controlled steel with yeasts selected for their affinity with the vintage. Aged in wood for about 12 months in 225-liter barrels of French and a small part American oak (5%). New barriques 40%, 35% second-passage and 25% third- and fourth-passage to balance the release of tannins and preserve the intense varietal aromas of the vintage. Brief passage in glass before marketing.

AROMA: A complex aromatic bouquet, with fresh notes of lavender, currant, thyme and citrusy hints of bergamot and blood orange
