RAW MATERIAL: 55% Wax whisky, 45% malted barley
DISTILLATION: Double distillation through 2 pot stills. The stills in the distillery only work for one month a year so the amount of whisky produced is always very limited
COLOR: Light amber
PERFUME: Deep with notes of barley malt, oak, vanilla and floral background
FLAVOR: On the palate it is soft and round, with notes of vanilla, oak and hints of spice with a fresh finish
AGING: Between 3 and 4 years in hogshead barrels
