TYPE OF WINE: Red
WINEMAKING AND AGING: The must ferments with the skins at a temperature between 25 and 28 °C. the entire mass is subjected to periodic reassemblies which facilitate the passage of the compounds present in the pomace into solution. The subsequent malolactic fermentation gives the wine a smooth character,which is then left to mature in French oak barriques for approximately 12 months.
AROMAS: Intense fruity aroma with licorice finish.
