BAROLO VILLERO ODDERO RED WINE (meg)
TYPE OF WINE: red
WINEMAKING: Great care and attention to vine cultivation, strict manual selection of grapes both in the vineyard and in the cellar on a conveyor belt; very soft destemming and pressing, with a gritter, fermentation and maceration for approximately 25 days.
AGING: In oak barrels of hl 40, for a duration of 30 months. Bottling in late summer, further bottle aging, before marketing for one year.
AROMAS: On the nose it offers intriguing and compact sensations of violet, red fruit, cocoa and licorice.
