Wine: straw yellow colour; fine aroma, with fresh fragrance of hawthorn flowers and hints of musk and almond; savory, full, soft but lively flavour, with a distinct and pleasant white peach finish.
Ideal with: appetizers, fish, molluscs and crustaceans, eggs, fresh cheeses.
