GRAPE VARIETIES: Pinot Noir

WINEMAKING AND AGING: The bunches are left to ferment for about 7 days at a constant temperature (26 – 28 °C).

At regular intervals, through racking and light pressing, the must comes into contact with the skins. After two careful racking, half is left to mature for a few months in large French oak barrels while the remaining part finds its place in used barriques. 

PERFUME: Rich bouquet with hints of berries and cherry with a fruity imprint

TASTE: round, aromatic, rich, fresh and lively, with low and soft acidity

IDEAL WITH: balanced, elegant and very persistent

ORIGIN: Friuli Venezia Giulia
