WINEMAKING AND AGING: The bunches are macerated cold for 6 – 8 hours before pressing. After gentle squeezing, the deposits are allowed to decant naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with pure yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19 °C.
PERFUME: Variegated and intense spectrum of scents with spicy notes and floral aromas with a hint of muscat
TASTE: elegant, well-structured in the body, with an aftertaste of pleasant acidity and mineral note
IDEAL WITH: appetizers, shellfish and white meats
ORIGIN: Friuli Venezia Giulia
