GRAPE VARIETIES: Riesling Renano
WINEMAKING AND AGING: The grapes are macerated cold for 6 – 8 hours before pressing. The same are then carefully squeezed and the deposits are allowed to decant naturally. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks with pure yeasts at a controlled temperature of 19 °C.
PERFUME: delicate floral aroma with hints of peach and apricot
TASTE: noble, dry, captivating with its subtle acidity and lively roundness
IDEAL WITH: appetizers or sea menus not too demanding
