VINIFICATION: The grapes are gently pressed and the “flower” must is transferred to stainless steel vats, where the first alcoholic fermentation takes place. In the spring of the following year, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, remaining in contact with the yeasts for a period of 60 months
AROMAS: Refined and softened by notes of white flowers and pleasant sensations of white-fleshed fruit
IDEAL WITH: Excellent as an aperitif and with small appetizers
