St. Bernarda' beer is named after Sister Mary Bernarda, who was proclaimed a saint on 12 October 2008.

In the convent, she dedicated her spiritual life not only to prayer, but also to planting, harvesting and storage.

This beer is inspired by the Belgian 'abazzia' beers and therefore bears the name of a Saint who dedicated part of her work to the production of this beverage.

Pairings:

St. Bernarda', precisely because of its alcohol content, is appreciated with rather tasty dishes such as red or baked meats, but is best enjoyed with dry cakes, perhaps with almonds and nuts.
