The selected grapes are placed in stainless steel and wood winemakers for fermentation for a maximum period of one week. After pressing, the wine matures for a couple of months on the indigenous yeasts. Subsequently, the wine is aged in used French oak barrels/barriques for a period of 15 months.
Color: intense purple
Perfume: pronounced, ripe, reminiscent of plums with hints of pepper and woody notes
Taste: dry, full and savory wine, with medium pronounced and ripe tannins. Juicy.
