Single Malt among the most refined and balanced produced on the famous island of Islay
The barley is malted in Port Ellen and the water used to dilute the distillate comes from a very pure spring, which flows from the limestone rocks of Loch nam Ban.
The distillation process occurs with the use of traditional copper stills.
It ages for 12 years in oak barrels before being bottled.
Antique gold colour, it gives the nose fresh and floral aromas, pepper, honey and dark chocolate, surrounded by a cloud of smoke and intense iodine notes.
Large and complex on the palate, rich in sweet and spicy nuances and with a long finish where the peat fully returns
