Produced with unrefined barley and malt and distilled three times in copper stills. It is matured for at least seven years, in oak barrels that had previously housed Sherry or Bourbon, a procedure that will enhance that refined taste and softness that everyone loves.
Golden in color with great brightness, the nose gives off complex aromas of dried flowers and fruit in jam, mowed grass, spices and custard, notes of dried fruit and maderized flavors. On the palate it is smooth and dense, corresponding in fruitiness and spices and with a beautiful honeyed persistence.
