WINEMAKING: Maceration of medium duration 10-12 days, carrying out malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement wine vessels.

AGING: Passage in barriques 10-12 months. Bottle aged for about 6 months.

AROMAS: Intense, persistent, balanced.

IDEAL WITH: First courses with tasty meat sauces, rotisserie pork, grilled red meat, baked lamb, myrtle chicken, Sardinian sausage, aged Sardinian pecorino.
