TYPE OF WINE: red
WINEMAKING: Selection of bunches in the vineyard during the harvest, alcoholic fermentation with maceration for approximately 15 days. Malolactic fermentation to follow.
AGING: Aging in oak barrels of various capacities for about a year. Bottling in autumn.
AROMAS: On the nose it opens with a pleasant bouquet of purple, apple and red fruit, with calls of undergrowth and cloves.
ORIGIN: Piedmont
