Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections, crystalline, fairly consistent.

 Nose: The nose is fine, intense and persistent with persuasive notes of almond, apple, graphite, hay and wild flowers. An ample and iridescent bouquet that expresses itself changing with the serving temperature.

  Taste: In the mouth, it is dry, warm and quite soft, sustained by a nice acidity that pleasantly balances the soft parts of the wine supported by an elegant sapidity. The hints are certainly mineral, with a very pleasant note of bitter almond, and at the end of it spicy and balsamic notes. A fine, intense, very persistent wine whose aromatic complexity lends itself well to accompany well-structured dishes. A typical Friulian wine, which applies well to contemporary cuisine without renouncing tradition.
