REFINEMENT: On noble lees they are made of steel for a period that varies from three to four months depending on the harvest characteristics.
PERFUME: The notes of the yeasts leave room for fragrances of yellow flowers and macerated fruit (apricot and orange zest above all), for hints of alcohol and fruit in spirit.
TASTE: fresh, complex and mineral, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aftertaste is of good length and breadth
IDEAL WITH: Excellent as an aperitif, it adapts very well to light preparations based on fish and vegetables.
