Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red colour. Complex aroma of dark berries, blackcurrants, balsamic notes, spicy and undergrowth hints. On the palate it is full-bodied and elegant, with strong but well-polished tannins, notable structure and a long persistent finish.
Pairings: Perfect with large roasts of red meat (beef, lamb), furred game (deer, wild boar), braised meats and mature and tasty cheeses
