"Centerba Toro" is the result of a skilful blend of aromatic and wild herbs, well known in herbal medicine, and fine spices handpicked by expert pickers on Mount Morrone, the last peak of the Maiella range. Transported in special bags, the best herbs are dried in environments protected from changes in temperature and humidity, and after being skilfully blended, are placed in alcohol to macerate: the dosage of selected varieties and the infusion time is part of a secret recipe created by founder Benjamin Toro in 1817, jealously guarded by the Toro family and passed down from generation to generation. This is the best guarantee for our traditional strong Abruzzo liqueur.
