

Produced using pomace of white and red grapes selected and destemmed from Friulian vineyards, with discontinuous distillation using a copper steam still.
Fermentation takes place pure in an anaerobic environment in stainless steel vats, after which distillation takes place and finally the grappa is left to rest for 6 months to 1 year in stainless steel vats.
The final product presents itself with a strong, rich and enveloping character; especially the hints of liquorice and bread crust stand out on the palate and smell. Ideal to drink at the end of a meal
