Il Grigio, which represents the wine estate’s historical cuveé, came into being in 1971 and was perhaps the first Martinotti method sparkling wine in the history of Friulian oenology.
Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio, with six months of fining on the lees and at least three months rest in the bottle, gives Il Grigio a finesse that outclasses other similar wines.
It is a classic aperitif that pairs perfectly with seafood and cured meat appetizers.
It is outstanding with vegetable soups, fish and perfect for just snacks as well.
